Main Feature

1. Packing and sorting capacity up to 200bags/min(depend on specific products and packing material).
2. It could quickly adjust large and small pallet, suitable for various products packing demands. 
3. The system could automatically finish seperating the tray, loading material in tray, lanuching deoxidizer, sorting and packing. With non-touch in the whole packing program to reduce the secondary pollution and fit for foods hygiene requirements. 
4. High-precision and high-sensitive SICK eletric eye tracking system, accurately control the material position. 
5. The system realizes intelligent control of the whole machine through real-time interactive operation between touch screen and embedded PLC. Configure product menu function, product adjustment is convenient and quick. 
6. The system adopts multi-stage frequency conversion adjustment, servo driver control, simple operation, convenient, stable operation, reliable, high control precision, low energy consumption. 
7. The whole machine adopts cantilever frame design, installation, disassembly, maintenance, simple and quick cleaning.

Application: Mainly use for foods packing with tray like moon cake, cake, bread, snacks, durian pancake, flaky and pastry etc.
